Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, but a 10% cancellation fee applies. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
We handle returns case by case to ensure fairness. Before shipping, we document each product's condition with photos. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the matter.
If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You can choose between:
A refund to your original payment method
A replacement (subject to stock availability)
